This  collection of stones can be found among some houses in Newport, an odd location but the houses came long after the stones were placed.

A short walk from Newport center easy access for all as you can drive almost to the gate.

Newport is a lovely hot spot to visit with great walks along the river side and beach as well as some great eating places and a local farmers market on a monday.

Although Newport is in Pembrokshire, it is only a few miles out of Cardigan, making a great day out if you want to wander and explore footpaths or just watch the tide come and go on the beach. To access the larger beach  you have to drive across the river and around to the golf club where there is a car park and cafe on the beach. Here you can walk on the beach or sand dunes, when the tide is out there is plenty of sand to run your dogs on or play cricket and build sand castles.
